Following a recent board decision, a fast-growing SaaS company is expanding its Customer Success team. As the current Customer Success Consultant transitions into a more technical role, we’re looking for a strong replacement to take ownership of customer onboarding and consulting.
This is a key hire — the transition will only happen once you are in place.
